Las gachas de arroz 七草粥

In Japan, on January 7th , there is a custom of eating soft-boiled rice that includes seven kinds of spring herbs. This custom was introduced from China and established in Japan by the Heian Period, around 800 A.D.
¡En Japón, hay una costumbre de comer la gachas de arroz con siete hierbas el 7 de enero! Esta costumbre se introdujo de China y estableció en Japón por el Período de Heian, alrededor de 800 D.C.
我が家でも恒例の七草粥を頂きました。西宮に引っ越す前に買っておいた電気お粥釜が未だ生き残っていますので、これで作ってもらいました、^_^;。伝統行事を次々とフォローして行くのは元気で生きている証拠と思って、気分よくやらして頂いています。
